Pumpkin Gnocchi

Ingredients

500g gnocchi
Olive oil
Red onion sliced
Zuchini sliced
420g can Heinz condensed cream of pumpkin soup
1/2 cup light cream
60g rocket

Method

Cook gnocchi. Heat oil, onion & zuchini until tender. Pour in pumpkin soup and cook for another few minutes. Add cream, gnocchi and rocket. Season with black pepper, serve with crusty bread!!
