Cooking Instructions
Boil and mash potatoes. Combine the mash, tuna, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, heinz salad cream, parmesan, egg, pepper, all into a large mixing bowl. Roll into bit size bits or patties and cover with remaining bread crumbs. Cook in fry pan with oil.
Serve with the simplest of salads.
