Crayfish, Prawn and Lime Fettuccini

Ingredients

1kg fresh tabbies cleaned and half shell on
3 cloves of garlic
fresh ginger
2 small red chillies
3 squeezed limes and zest
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
fettuccini

Method

Add ginger garlic chillies to pan with oil and butter and stir
Add lime juice, fish sauce and zest with tomatoes
Add tabbies and cook until opaque ( a couple of minutes)
Add cream, salt and pepper
Toss in hot fresh cooked fettuccini
Served garnished with a little parsley and grated cheese
Enjoy a top notch seafood dish!
