How to Cook Brick Chicken

Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken in half and smash with the brick. Marinate in the garlic, wine & rosemary for 1 day – 1 week depending on the flavour you like. BBQ with the brick on it to hold it down. Turn over after 10 minutes, paste with more marinade. Serve with Rocket and Balsamic salad and dress with Lemon.
