How to Cook Tangy Cream Garlic Prawns

Cooking Instructions

(serves 2)
remember some twigs for wood fire effect
COOKING EQUIPMENT
large fry pan, cook top, tongs.
Heat fry pan, add oil, onion and saute
Add garlic and lemon pepper, saute until onion has gone a soft clear color
Add prawns, saute until they start to change colour to orange
Deglaze with lemon juice ,add cream cheese and cream. bring to the boil and reduce to a thick sauce.
Serve over pasta or rice.
nb: other meats to use : chicken pork, scallops fish or muscles.
