Basically, with our Outback Woodfire BBQ Pizza, you can use whatever toppings you really enjoy.
OUR INGEDIENTS:
- pita bread
- pizza sauce bottled
- onion sliced
- ham sliced
- cherry tomatoes cut into half
- fresh basil leaves
- shredded cheese x 1small pkt
COOKING EQUIPMENT: pizza stone, pizza paddle, bbq with a hood, twigs for wood fire effect
METHOD:
- Put pizza stones on bbq, close and pre heat, make sure twigs are around the edges of pizza stones.
- Make pizzas to your own taste. spread base with pizza sauce, put on all the toppings you love, top with cheese.
- Slide onto heated pizza stone and close lid. check in 5 minutes that the base is not burning on the bottom and is crisping nicley. if pizza is browning too quickly regulate the heat.
- Cut and serve.
