This extremely tasty outback camping recipe is based on an African recipe often cooked over hot coals on the side of the road. But, as you may have guessed, we’re using the good old fashioned Aussie BBQ!
We used our trusty stove on the road.
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh chicken - cut in to 2 halves
- Marinade - soy sauce, fresh thyme, garlic
Preparation: Marinate chicken for 24 hrs
Cooking: Place chicken on hot BBQ until cooked - close lid to seal in moisture and flavour
Serve: With ice cold beer and nothing else. Keep it simple and enjoy!
