Aussie Kangaroo Salad

Grab 2 big pieces of Kangaroo steak (enough for 1 per person). Marinade the Kangaroo in Red wine, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper & bayleaf (overnight). Salad: Add carrot, celery, apple & tomato Cook on high heat. While cooking the kangaroo steaks, cut your salad into small string like pieces and cover lightly in natural yoghurt and mix lightly. Lay the salad on the plate and then place the cooked Kangaroo on top. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy with a nice glass of wine!
